Nnewi Youth Sustainable Empowerment Scheme is a two hundred and fifty million naira (250,000,0000)project.
It is a six months training and empowerment scheme solely sponsored/financed by Chief Ifeanyi Ekwulugwo founded IYCON CHARITY FOUNDATION, administered by the Nnewi Youth Forum, with Anglican Diocese of Nnewi Vocational & Technical Academy (ADON VOTECH) as the training institution.
